Our Cancellation Policy:

By booking an appointment, you accept the following cancellation policy and agree to it being enforced. 
EFFECTIVE STARTING AUGUST 20, 2023 we will be changing our CANCELLATION POLICY to the following: 

We understand that things happen and you might need to cancel. But we also need to protect our massage therapists and their time. If you cancel an appointment after 12:00pm noon the DAY BEFORE it is scheduled, there will be 50% or $40 (whichever is smaller) cancellation charge. If you cancel your appointment the day it is scheduled but more than 2 hours BEFORE the appointment time, there will be a 75% or $60 (whichever is smaller) cancellation charge. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or simply DO NOT SHOW UP for an appointment , you will be charged the FULL amount regardless of the reason.  

Memberships and membership payments are non-refundable.​
